About Our Founder

Tosha Dearbone, a woman with a heart for young ladies. Tosha was born in Urania,

Louisiana and raised in Houston, Texas. She is a mother of four, and a grandmother of three. Tosha has built her credibility through receiving multiple certifications such as Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Community Healthworker , Certified Mental Illness

Aid, International Best-Selling Author, HIV and AIDS Advocate, Domestic/Sexual Abuse Advocate, mentoring for the juvenile department center, men's prison, Christian Counseling, PREA, TBRI,  Youth Director for Transforming Faith Christian Center located in Houston, Texas,  and the Founder of “Positive Express".

 Positive Express is a organization that guides, support, and empower girls through mentorship rooted in faith, self worth, and resilience. 

Tosha works full time at Texas Children’s Hospital were she gets hands on skills

with working with adolescents daily. She also does mentoring through FBISD, juvenile and prison facilities. 

Tosha eagerness to educate, uplift, and encourage young ladies to recognize their self worth and value

started in 2014 were she began her own healing journey. From there she started her  non-profit organization. Where she host multiple events, educational lessons, and going out into the community to give back and support.

 Growing up Tosha was

inspired to do this by not wanting to see other girls experience the trauma she encountered growing up.
